Needed to work this evening. I have ADD so staying focused is a real issue all day for me. A constant struggle to the point of turning to the internet for natural remedies as an addition to the pharmaceuticals.I read about this supplement but was doubtful. I took two about 2 1/2 hours ago and I just realized I was listening to a webinar and taking good notes as I was reading a book and taking good notes off that too.I stopped when I realized and was like oh my gosh that’s crazy! For focus, this stuff is unreal.I’m shocked!! I’m a fan!

After using this product for several weeks, I noticed I still had ringing in my ears, so I stopped taking it, then a few days later, the ringing came back full force, I hadn't realized it was helping so much. The ringing had improved gradually and I had forgotten how bad it was before starting to use the Bio-Strath. The new order couldn't arrive quickly enough for me. (It did, however, arrive promptly, and as promised by the seller).I took 2 tablets twice daily to start, now I'm going to gradually up it to see if it will kick the ringing entirely.

I bought this product for my better half who is starting to have memory and clarity issues. He just started using this and two other suppliments. So far, so good. He thinks he is calmer and more clear-headed so far. I can't say it's all from this product since he is on more than one, but he feels better so that's good enough for me.

I have taken supplements most of my adult life, but I have never liked it that so many vitamins that one ingests go down the toilet (resulting in bright yellow urine after taking vitamins).This is not the case for me with Bio-Strath Tablets - my urine remains pale. One might wonder if these vitamins do not supply enough vitamins /etc. and hence the pale urine. Initially I wondered just that, but my experience over the last several months is that I feel great taking these vitamins - in fact, this is the best I have ever felt. Bio-Strath as an herbal food supplement / multivitamin is supposed to be more readily assimilated, and I have found that claim to be true.These supplements are from Switzerland and distributed here in the USA.Please note that while there are 100 tablets per package, that the recommended dose is 2 tablets three times per day. That's 6 tabs per day, which means that a package will last you 16 and 2/3s days. So you need to buy two boxes to last a full month (plus a day or two).That "said" - the price through Amazon (sold and shipped through Amazon)and Amazon's Subscribe and Save is at least half, to a full one third the cost I have been able to find these vitamins through major online discount vitamin purveyors. This is the best deal I have found on my favorite vitamins. Believe me, I have looked because I couldn't afford them at the prices I previously found them, and I am delighted to find Amazon offering Bio-Strath at such a great price. I read a lot about this product before ordering, but accidentally order the tablets rather than the liquid. I use them as a multi-vitamin, but haven't really noticed a dramatic difference in energy from my other multis. Maybe the liquid would have more of an impact.

This was recommended highly by my cousins doctor in Singapore. They have asked me to try for a few years before but I didn't bother. I finally am trying this Strath. After about a week, it has proven good. I certainly feel much better, less lethargic.So I'm updating this review now after almost a year? Well, still works well for me, gives me mental energy.I HOPE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL KEEP ITS QUALITY AND GENUINE Herbs. I must say that it is getting a bit too pricey to maintain my budget being that I'm taking them daily. I take at least 3 to 6 tabs a day.So if you are looking for overall immune protection and some mental energy, give it a try.!

I give one tablet to my son with ADHD in the morning broken up in his oatmeal or yogurt. I have seen an improvement in him in school for sure. He seems to focus and able to calm his body pretty well.

I don’t know if they actually work or if it’s just a placebo effect, but I’ll definitely keep using them. Haven’t been sick since I started taking them.
