I use this daily in my coffee. There is no taste, no grit, and best of all, no gas a couple of hours later.

Doesn't dissolve as well as the brand name
This is a better price than Benefiber, but unless the water is warm, it doesn't dissolve nearly as well as Benefiber. It is a good substitute, but not as good of a product.
