I bought the mildly spicy version. I like spicy food, especially spicy Thai food, but the mild version of this salad was quite spicy even when mixed with the same amount of shredded raw cabbage to help dilute the heat. If you like your food really hot, you may like this salad, but for me I will stick to ordering the freshly made version from my favorite Thai restaurant so I can have a medium-hot level of heat.
