I have been making shortbread for years, but today I used this new pan for the first time and was thrilled with the results. Rather than spray it with Pam, I used the butter wrapper with a bit of extra butter on it to grease the mold. The shortbread turned out absolutely perfect, and my kitchen smelled delightful. I love the pretty designs on the cookies. I like this pan so much that I ordered one for my sister as a housewarming gift.

These molds make achieving pretty ...and delicious... shortbread if you use the enclosed recipes which I've done since my first mold purchase 20+ years ago.Have 4 of them for multiple batches.

I love making shortbread & only have the shortbread mold/pans with triangles. These little squares will be perfect!! Brown Bag has the best pans/molds!

I've always wanted a shortbread pan and loved the design of this one. The recipe book was a nice bonus. I've made shortbread and even soul cakes in it. While I had no issue with sticking, you have to press really firmly to get even a little of the design. But I think that's just due to the design being more delicate compared to others.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shortbread pan! I actually purchased a second one with a different pattern after we were so pleased with the first. The recipes are so easy and delicious. If you like the store bought Scottish shortbread, you'll be in heaven!
