This is a great device. It enables a TV to be enabled to smart, and provides much missing functionality for smart TVs too. Couple of things I thought worth mentioning:It's android. So you can think of this as a mobile phone connected to the TV. Meaning you can customise it a million ways. First thing to do would be to download a new launcher to improve its familiarity (nova or are worked best for me).Look up how to use the supplied keyboard. Simple things like moving icons, accessing setup, widgets, apps are not as clear as you want but once you have seen YouTube video of how to do it, makes it a lot easier to use.Once familiar with the experience of using a keyboard, it does become very much like using your phone.Other things: keyboard touch pad could be bigger. The blue clock on the front is pointless. Instructions are all over the web, most of these boxes are very similar, again, treat them as thought it's a phone and search for Android answers. Connecting to windows ten uses SMB, and you'll need to 'wind back's the settings on your Windows PC to make a secure connection.It's a great box for the money, I would consider buying same or similar again.

This box cost more than I have ever spent on an android box because it was for my technophobic parents so I needed a reliable device for their Amazon Prime and Netflix. What a mistake that was.The picture cut out every minute for approx. 2 seconds. EVERY minute without fail.The mouse/tab toggle rarely worked and even then it was trial and error.The mouse icon was really small and very difficult to find/spot when it did toggle.Buffering was awful even on fibre broadband.Everything just seemed to "stick" constantly and every time you needed to do something it was such an effort that I'm surprised none of us smashed the thing to pieces.I have now spent half the cost of this box and my parents now have a new box that performs well. Literally THE ABSOLUTE worst purchase ever.

Absolute brilliant Android box easy to set up lots of memory just needed to install a few apps only been a couple of days but I'm very happy customer so far.

At first i thought this box was not performing well as I would fail to play 4K content and it would result in me rebooting the box or no sound with the playback. Installing VLC from the App Store solved this and the quality of the playback is excellent with good picture and sound. Overall very happy with this box. The added keyboard/mouse is also a nice little bonus.

This box is paired with a HDMI cable and a fantastic remote, most android boxes come with a shoddy remote, however the remote provided in this kit is fantastic, it is very responsive and paired, this also has a tiny compact keyboard and mouse track pad, the box comes preloaded with many apps and google videos however more apps are available from the play store, overarll the build and the functionality of this box is top.

I've only realised after having this for a while that it didn't come with the remote keyboard, I've been muddling my way through it but I feel like my time would have been far easier and quicker with the wireless keyboard remote. It's too late for a refund or I'd have given it five stars but arriving with a missing piece is the make or break.

Purchased one of these and it was brilliant. After purchasing a 2nd one, it was not the same and had performance issues. After returning the box and ordering a replacement, I was sent the same box that I had returned. Very disappointing.

Amazing box and quite honestly I didn't expect it to be that great. Easy to install, easy to use and easy to add any kind of application you would like to have and use with your TV. One of the best choices I ever made and usually I don't leave reviews. Quality of sound is excellent and the image quality depends from from what the app can offer. If they offer HD then you will have HD, if it is a stream then it all depends from the streaming quality. Just PERFECT!!!!
