What can you say PlayStation 2 is probably one of the the best things ever ended ever created along with resident evil 4

Well packed, with a lot of bubble wrap, console is also working great, it has some scratches even though I paid for one which is supposed to be on excellent condition, anyway no other physical damages, it’s reading games properly, disc tray is working. Overall I’m happy with it.Now, I read pretty bad reviews about this product I think it’s like 3 stars out of 5, so I had my doubts but before I did any purchase I made sure of picking the seller with best reviews on their seller page, Amazon might pick a random one but I had to look one by one, I ended up ordering from this seller CaveGamers, because I read good stuff about them online, so please make sure to pick the right seller before buying.I still fine $165 kind of expensive for a console with scratches, I could’ve went to a yard sale or look online and I would get one in better shape for less. But I guess a few scratches can’t make everything look bad, especially when they took a lot of care with the packaging.

I bought this Christmas time because my other PS2 had stopped working. I bought that one on Amazon also but I had for like six years. So when it stopped working I had no problem buying from Amazon again. It worked great fresh out the box. I was so excited to be able to play my games again. So fast forward 116 days… now it won’t read any disc. Now if I used it everyday then I could probably not be irritated to death about this but I might play every few weeks when I have time. The last time I played was probably the first of March. Now after the 90 day guarantee it’s no longer working like they literally meant 90 days. After paying $165 or $185 I can’t remember but it’s basically a paperweight at this point. Now I have to buy another one because I have mint condition Fight for NY and want to play it…

Great condition

I discovered on YouTube over the past year thata large handful of people are still playing someof my favorite classic game series. This includesMidnight Club 1, 2 & 3. Ace Combat 4, 5 & Zero,and Smugglers Run. I of course wanted to geton board with this early 2000's throwback!

Looks great and plays great but the fan is extremely loud. I took it apart to try and clean it but the inside was completely clean and the fan looked brand new. I'm guessing maybe they replaced it with a 3rd party fan that isn't as high quality. Either way it's not a huge deal just kind of annoying.

I would have gave 5 stars but the top of the playstation 2 was scratched pretty badly and they said it was supposed to come with a real SONY OEM controller and got a crappy genereic one. at least it was silver and matched the playstation. it wont play PS1 games or DVDs at all. i feel kinda ripped off now. paid over 160$ for it
