This product has always worked perfectly.

Can't believe how easy and professional the result
One of my classic firearms was pitted and rusting, and i was planning to spend a fair amount to have it dipped/reblued. I followed the simple instructions, and spot treated just the affected areas on the slide, and i cannot believe how well it came out. I cannot tell where the original bluing ends and my touch ups begin. Well worth the price, and i plan to take on bigger projects next.

Nice finish and simple to use but have a touch up pen handy
I completely stripped all the bluing of my pistol and followed the instructions in detail. Firstly, it does blue the gun. It looks very good, and looks like it did when it was new. The problem is, pulling it in and out of the holster for 1 week actually removed the bluing in one small spot on the slide. It is a good thing I have the Birchwood Casey bluing pen so I can touch up spots that get worn. So keep that in mind when you use this.

I haven't used this on the gun I got it for yet, but have used it to blue my axes and hatchets as a test run. 3 coatings and they look almost case hardened. I really like the way it looks.

Perma Blue paste
It works good, blueing looks very nice. Easy to use. One shoot-n-cee target is a nice touch. BUT PLEASE NOTE, if you are planning to use heavily the refinished firearm, blueing easy comes away. It is good for scratches, for restoring old firearm an keep it under glass but very little friction and use will wear it off very soon.
