Satisfied. It was very easy to assemble-- I added the connection that allows a secondary connection to the unit, thus have the center fountain and a spitter attached to the one pump. If I were to be dissatisfied about any of it, I'd say the strength of the water coming out of the spitter is fairly weak. I was going to add a waterfall rather than the spitter, but I am not sure I would be satisfied with the flow given how weak the spitter works.When I was looking at this pump initially, there was one that was a bit stronger rated for the flow, but this one was, according to the specs, rated for my size pond (100 gal) so I stuck with that. Now, I kinda wish that I had gotten the higher rated pump for stronger flow in order to add a waterfall. HOWEVER! I'm not dissatisfied with the pump overall. The spitter is a cute turtle that I got from Home Depot so, again, this is a good pump. Hopefully it will keep the water clear. Given the fish and frog activity going on, it remains to be seen.

I loved it, cleared up my pond within a matter of days!!! very quiet too, but kinda big, but that is my own problem for measuring well. ;)

I did not expect alot. I have a 1200 gal pond that turned greenso this was a lets try it but don't expect alot. It cleared the pond upin 4 days - I am impressed, enough to buy another one

Wow. A filter with a UV light is clearly the way to go. I’m in SE Michigan with a 1,200 gallon goldfish pond. I spent all last spring, summer and fall trying different combinations of filter mediums, beneficial bacteria, fish-safe chemicals, EVERYTHING to try to keep the water clear. I’ve had this baby plugged in for a week, and the water would only be clearer if it were straight out of the tap. I can see every detail of my fish! I can see individual pine needles at the bottom! This is going to save me literally hours of frustration a week. Love it.

Works good for keeping pond clean however the fountain piece broke quickly. Luckily I did not buy it for the feature so it still works for me

We just installed the pond filter in a newly built pond. It works and seems quite powerful, but I cannot comment yet on performance over time. If anything, the fountain tube attachment is a tad short. We had to prop up the base on some cinder blocks to make it peek above the water line. Our pond is about 2.5 ft deep at the center. I had one delivery issue and contacted the seller, and their response was excellent customer service. I'm confident I will be happy with this product even in the long run.

Basically a neutral review. The pond guy was great, fast shipping and what was ordered. Problem was, straight out of the box the pump kicked the GFCI breaker. I thought maybe it was my wiring, plugged the air pump i had in, no problem. So we brought the pump into the house and plugged it into our house GFCI outlet and it popped that one. Soooo, it turns out it was the New Pump. Kinda disappointing when spending that kind of money on something and it doesn't work, plus I had fish arriving in 4 days and needed that pump to.The pump was sent back and we ended getting one locally even though it wasn't what we wanted. The pond was great at giving a refund. A+ for that.

It got stopped up and the flow restricted even after cleaning. If you're pond is super clean, it would probably work well but if you are using it to clear a pond, even a small one, it needs cleaned out several times a day.
