This product would be much better if the switch was on the front rather than the side. I have to get someone else to switch it on as it is not easily accessible when one has a bad back. Once on the product provides good relief. It would be good idea if one was advised that a power pack is available so it could be purchased with the product to give freedom of movement, otherwise one has to stay near a charging point.

Arrived today and immediately plugged it in, unfortunately it does not work no heat up at all so will be sending back. Unfortunate as very comfatable just no heat which I needed.

Really poor heat. You can't even see what setting it's on because the button indicator is behind you. Waste of money I'm afraid.

Bought this for my girlfriend who suffers with back pain. Works great and is good quality. You just need to find the right size battery block for the slot. Once you have this it is very comfortable to wear. Yeah i would highly reccomend this.

It's good and actually relief the pain it saved my life.. the only thing I didn't like it's it has to be plugged to get the heat.. it's not chargeable...
