Avoid at any costs, customer service awful!
The item doesn't meet specification. The wrench cannot even undo bolts made up to 120 Nm (measured with torque wrench). It also cannot make-up bolts to stated 110 Nm.I have returend the item on the 15.08.2018 (confirmed by tracking) and confirmation by the seller that refund was approved but maney still wasn't refunded on 14.09.2019.Great way to do a business. Sell the item, have it back as a one not in line with specification and keep the item and the money! Amazing! Not for customers though.

Cord is a decent length not long but not too short either.
Bought this to help me compress my spring compressors whilst changing my spring. It did the job with ease I've yet to use it in something major tight yet so time will tell how effective it is. It looks the part and comes in a sturdy hard plastic case plus some deep impact sockets.

Gets nuts off in seconds!
I bought the impact wrench to remove a nut from a suspension strut. The damper rod kept turning with the nut when I tried undoing it with a conventional socket wrench. The ToolTronix wrench got it off in less than a second! Should make getting car wheel nuts off a breeze. It seems very sturdy so hopefully it will last for many years. My only word of warning is, it's fast. It won't just loosen the nut, it will be off before you know what's happened so just make sure the item you're removing the nut or bolt from is secured, or as in my case, that the coil spring of the suspension strut is properly compressed with a spring compressor before you use the impact wrench.

Better than I expected
I thought purchasing an impact wrench for under £50 would lead to mold disappointment to say the least but I took the chance, and I have no regrets.It has only been used hdlf a dozen times but hasn't hesitated yet with anything I've asked of it... From caravan wheel bolts that hadn't been removed for 6 years, to a rusty, seized-solid gate bolt that I was ready to grind off!Very easy to use, hefty enough in weight but this is irrelevant to me as I'm unlikely to be using it more than a few seconds at a time. So far, no complaints.

Great tool does what it's meant to I haven't tried it on anything really bad yet but time will tell. Taking on and off wheels is a breeze just make sure you nip them up as it won't over tighten them or get them even near tight which is better then nothing.Broke after 2 uses send a new one that broke after the first use. Now no reply from seller

Great product
Only used about eight times but makes easy work of of removing nuts and bolts including wheel nuts and feels like descent quality based on my experience so far I wouldn't hesitate to recommend very happy😁

Brilliant
I chose this over an air impact driver and I'm happy I did. It's pretty powerful will undo wheel nuts ok. Not sure about the quality of the inpact sockets it comes with, I have other better quality sockets I use. All in all great value and I'm very pleased with it.
