Heats food pretty well in about 45 minutes, food is hot but doesn't burn which is awesome. You gotta give it time and adding a bit of water to the metal tray helps. It is NOT leak proof so you need to keep it upright when transporting. Metal tray cleans pretty well, almost has a Teflon like property to it but there isn't a visible coating per se

Love this little lunch box! My guy works in construction and especially during the cooler months appreciates a hot meal. However, hot meals can get PRICEY! He gets sooo many comments and envious looks when it starts heating up and the smell of homecooked food starts to waft through the air. We love the versatility too, it can be plugged into the car or an outlet which is great because there isnt often a microwave available at the job sites he heads to and if there is, there is often a line to use it and its gross.This little box has paid for itself over, and over again!It comes apart and is very easy to clean . You will want to use smaller silverware for the silverware slot but it does come with a set.This is a fantastic buy!

Works well, but you need a minimum of an hour to warm up food that has been in a cooler with ice. Over an hour is actually better and it will keep the food warm. It will not give you steaming hot food, but warm is good enough and once you open it, eat quickly if you want your food to stay warm. The inside of the lid would be much better if it was insulated to warmup the food faster and this is very important to read. Be very sure you have the lid snapped on correctly or say goodbye to your meal. (Speaking from experience and while inside my work vehicle too.) Regardless, I would purchase this item again.

It is very useful. I've used it for a couple of months. To heat the food (warm, not very hot but plugged in the wall or in the car), it takes about one hour. If you like your food very hot it will take longer. It is anyway very useful.I wish it had a lid to protect the inner plate when in the fridge (I don't put the electric base in the fridge). the top part sits loosely on the plate, sliding sideways and doesn't really protect the plate when not anchored to the base.

The product is good, but the plastic feels very cheap, you have to handle with care not broke the plastic.

Three compartment tray is sturdy. Holds plenty for my husband with a large appetite who burns 6000 calories a day on average at work. Heats up most foods in about 15 minutes. Vehicle adaptor gives additional options. We have been able to warm up baby food etc during during travel too. Wipes clean easily and removable tray means the worst messes don't hit the electronics.

I bought this lunchbox for my husband for Christmas. He has taken extremely good care of it. He loved it, but unfortunately it broke after only two months of use. I sent a message to company and they never responded. It definitely should have lasted longer. If someone responds from the company with a solution after reading this review I will take it down. But it was way too expensive to not last more than two months.

This heating lunch box will forever change the way my husband eats his lunches (and has saved us money). My husband is a contractor and does work in a different home each day so he does not have access to a fridge or microwave...lets be honest, he can only have so many sandwiches and cold lunches. This has been amazing! His lunch is always heated through and never dried out. Now he can have a hot meal that's either prepared, or leftovers from dinner and not have to eat out everyday. Awesome find!

No lo recomiendo, tarda mucho en calentar, no le cabe mucha comida, no sella bien, es más grande de lo que le cabe, etc etc etc. No es práctico

Tarda más de 30 minutos en estar tibios los alimentos y las azas para cerrar se rompieron y por dentro se mezclan las comidas, NO lo recomiendo.
