I bought these needles for my older Elna serger. I had always used another brand of needles that worked fine, but cost a lot more. So I decided to give the Organ needles a try. I had heard they are just as good as the other brand. I found that, so far, they seem to be fine, and holding up well. HOWEVER, if I use a slightly thicker thread, it is very difficult to get that thread through the eye of the needle. The cheaper serger thread is fine. Thus, I only gave these needles 4 out of 5 stars.

I use both the ballpoint and regular needles. They are both high quality and are at a good price point.

First time using this brand - it was recommended one of my manuals so I thought I'd try them. I like the packaging, I'm going to use the silver package for my used needles. So far they work great.

I received the correct amount of needles and the correct style, what concerns me is the needles are shipped in a thin bubble polymailer. It is very bendable packaging with zero support. Needles can be easily bent and damaged, and you won't know until you start sewing. I'm very disappointed they didn't at least include a cardboard insert or something to protect these needles.
