I bought this and B-15 from the same company just because I have tried just about everything I see that offers to improve my energy levels. Well, for me that hasn't happened yet. Perhaps I haven't found the underlying issues yet. But, I am still giving this product and the B-15 5 stars and let me tell you why. I am 67 and for some time I have had a problem with my right hip. I sleep on my side and when I sleep on my left side, my right hip starts to hurt - bad enough to wake me up. Sometimes I can turn to my right side and get back to sleep, but lately that hurts too much and I wind up sleeping on my back. I HATE sleeping on my back. It takes forever to get back to sleep and any sleep I get is restless and lousy.So imagine my amazement when after just 3 days with these supplements my hip pain was much reduced and the 4th day it was gone. I may take these forever. They are the first supplements I have taken in years that made a noticeable difference of any sort, and I am a happy customer.

A bit of energy and oxygen you can take on empty stomach or after a meal and get even more energy from it. Not real strong amount of energy but add it to a stack. Take it early or midday but maybe not at night unless you are a night owl. I am kind of a night person so I do take it a bit later sometimes, but it can make it hard to wind down if I take it too late and want to go to bed. Good before walks and exercise, etc. May increase oxygen levels in blood.

I was simply looking for an energy boost for my wife's chronic fatigue. It seems to have done that, once I got her to take it, but the most amazing effect that I experienced was that I have suffered from "trigger finger" for at least 10 years.
