Arrived within a week, Japan to rural AZ. Nicely packed. Happy.The product I ordered was the boxwood 20, and very nicely constructed. I actually wanted it for my biwa since the edge produces a nice hard sound. Compared to my 3 biwa pics (costing 4 times as much each), the boxwood is very competitive ... beautiful piece of woodwork.
