Amazing Value - Easy to Install
Great product. I would definitely buy another one. Screen is large but not too big. I hard-wired it to the reverse light circuit. No problem. A few notes: 1. I wanted to test it by plugging in the 12v adapter, and that is not possible. You have to wire the camera's 12v red lead before it will work. There's no quick way to make sure it's not DOA before embarking on the installation. 2. The camera has a nice indexed four-pin connector and you must press the two parts together rather firmly until they click. The first time it felt fine but was not working until I pushed them together with a little more force. 3. I soldered and taped all the connections and used a grommet where the wires came into the truck so installation should be permanent. 4. Design-wise I would prefer the style of license-plate camera mount that goes behind the plate and only the camera protrudes. This one covers the state name and I had to trim off the two ends to keep it from obscuring the registration stickers. However it is no worse than some license plate frames I've seen. If that really bothers you the camera is interchangeable and I believe the other style is about $17.

Not bad while it worked... probably my fault it failed.
I had this on my 1965 van... It doesn't have reverse lights to hook up to. I simply hooked the monitor up to my switched stereo positive, and ran the cable back to the camera. The monitor powered the camera always so it worked as a rearview monitor. I never hooked the camera up to any power source. This may have shorted something in the monitor I'm not sure. I never looked or tried until the monitor died. It died because I hit it with the door probably. I had it installed on my windshield because I don't really have a dashboard. The adhesive failed on the plastic side and is still on my windshield. After it died I backed into a dishwasher I was cutting up for body panel replacements and took out the camera. So now I have no viable part from the system... When it worked, it worked well!!! The LED lights were always on so I covered them partially to use as license plate lights. Even without them the night vision worked perfectly!!! So bottom line, maybe don't adhere the monitor to your windshield. It worked GREAT while it worked. I would recommend this setup to anyone!!!

Good for wrangler unlimited
I've got a jeep and the rear view is often obstructed. I've been wanting some sort of camera for the rear. They include two wired connectors for hard wiring. I spliced in a USB plug into one of them. You can see it in the photo. The wire gauge is similar to the one that comes with the connectors.I have a gang panel on top of the dash that I can plug it directly into. That meant that I didn't have to use the cigarette plug which us rather bulky.I having it sitting in a RAM grip instead of using the mount.I had some existing butt connectors that I tapped into my center brake lights and I have it going to the camera. Instead of bolting in the camera bracket, I'm using rare earth magnets to mount it onto the rear panel. The length of wire is plenty enough to run it all the way to the rear of a wrangler unlimited. The picture quality is not the sharpest, but it will suffice.I'm not sure if I can turn off the lines, but it'd be nice if I could if I decide to mount it to the license plate which is mounted to the left side.Update: getting a replacement camera from the company.

Back up Camera
For the price this is a nice Camera. It advertises as wireless, but it's not. You have to run the wires from the Camera to the power source. You can get a better picture if you adjust the settings and the angle of the Camera.

Good system for the price.
Easy to install great picture quality. Put on a long bed extended cab Chevy Silverado had plenty of cable.

Worth it
Installation was relatively easy. Running the wire the length of my truck and hiding it was the most tedious part. Camera works as advertised and is perfect for backing to my boat trailer. Picture quality is excellent for the price and the monitor pops on immediately when I put my truck in reverse. I would definitely buy a second one if I need it.

Good cheap backup camera
I bought this camera for my wife’s car. I had bought one for my f150 and was very impressed with the easy install. Only thing I had a problem with was the mount for the monitor would not stick on my dash. Everything else works great

Backup camera
I purchased this for my pickup cause I'm always hooking up to my trailer or my camper..don't know how I've done without it so long. Not quite used to it yet but it has proven to be very useful, especially the guide bars. It is everything that it was advertised to be..easy install and hookup.
