I have had automatic updates turned off and the printer hasn't been on a network so no way it has updated. I turned the printer on and off but no luck I still get an error message and no love for the yellow cartridge. I even tried cleaning it with a pencil eraser. I hate the thought of paying HP to hold me hostage.UpdateI upgraded them to 5 stars. The yellow didn't work but they shipped me new cartridges in 24 hours. Great Customer service. Unfortunately HP's latest firmware kept those from working as well. Kingjet gave me a full refund and their customer service was great throughout the whole process. If you can take a chance on them they might work for you.

Update: 12-10-20.I had installed black ink 6 months or so ago, and had no problems. Recently installed all 3 colors, and almost immediately started having problems with quality of output (streaked and/or lines). Tried to clean inkheads in numerous ways, but eventually junked printer (HP 377dw). While I am not positive it was a result of this product, I never had problems before, and problem surfaced almost immediately after installing colors. Buyer beware!Product arrived quickly with reasonable price. I had heeded the seller's recommendation to turn off updates some time ago, but I was somewhat concerned whether the printer would accept it (in spite of seller's assurances), but I had no trouble at all. I had printed a multi-color copy with a lot of black some time ago before changing to this brand. I could not tell the difference in quality between the old and new (however, this is with black only being changed...I do not change until ink runs out). So, we will see as I change additional colors (and also if this one lasts reasonably long duration).

I am on my second set of cartridges for my 477dw and have had no issues yet. The best remanufactured option I have been able to find over the past five years.

My HP Pagewide printer/scanner/fax is amazing and I am super pleased with it. I was not pleased when I found out how much the cartridges cost, something I should have checked before I made the purchase. The HP product is an amazing machine and I am very happy with it. When I found the Kingjet cartridges I debated whether or not to take a chance on not using the original replacements. No worries as the cartridges work perfectly, cost so much less and I'm very confident they will be my go to source for refills.

Sadly the toner did not seem compatible with my printer, however the customer service was exceptional. When I mentioned that the toner didn't work, without hesitation new toner was sent. When that didn't work a refund was immediately given.

We bought this as a backup and when we pulled it out 4 months later we noticed the product was different and wouldn't work. Of course it was past the return date so we are waiting to hear back if we can still return it. So frustrating!

Cartridges work well. The previous cartridges from another vendor seemed to have clogged some of the print jets. Took many cleaning cycles to clear them. I hope the kingjet ink is better.

I had zero issues using and prints beautifully. Zero quality issues that I could see. Was so happy it was user friendly and soo much less expensive!! Could not be happier
