I would like to see plenty of powdered spices and sauces with no salt or sugar added. It is difficult to find mustard, hot sauce, mole sauce, massala sauce, pasta sauces, etc. with no salt or sugar added. I would especially like to find vegetarian fake meats with no salt or sugar added. When strong no salt or sugar added spices are used, there is still plenty of flavor with almost no sodium( just the trace amounts that occur naturally in the spices). I am somewhat disappointed though that I bought a pound of this for $11.39, and the price is already up to $14.99. It would be nice if it could be sold in a half pound container for $8 or less. J

A highly trusted source of culinary seasoning. Great flavor and aroma. Not chock full of salt., which is a very good thing. Mccormick is the best!

I'm loving this curry powder, I live overseas & it gave me a taste of my home country. It is also big in size, it will definitely last me for months & months to come.

This is ok, but the aroma takes a while to leave the house.

This is Awesome. I made curry rice yesterday. Yum yum. I used one teaspoon of this. I used my Instant Zest Rice and Grain Cooker. It turned out perfect.

I am no connoisseur of curry and I realize that there are many ways to make it (pastes, powders, different colors), but for my personal tastes this curry powder delivers what, to me, is the perfect curry flavor, with just a touch of heat. And this one-pound container is just the right size to ensure that we don't have to buy it often, while at the same time not being such a large quantity that it gets stale. My only complaint is that the price on this product increased from $12 to $16 over the course of two years. But then, what hasn't, right? Hopefully, that trend will not continue.

When the curry broth is simmering it smells so good. I’ve had it for awhile without it clumping and sticking together. Taste warm and comforting.
