Great chocolate, would order again

These cookies are great. I honestly question the idea of the of the "drizzled on" chocolate because I feel like maybe they could have just made the chocolate shell that is already present around the pretzel a little thicker, but I think it's a bold move and I enjoy the creativity. I'm not really a food reviewer so all I can say is that I think it is a great chocolate pretzel, but it is not my favorite.The main thing I enjoyed about this product is that it shipped with a cooling pack to help prevent the chocolate from melting since it has been quite warm recently. Although the pack had melted by the time I received the package, the chocolate had not, and the company throwing in the cooling pack was a pleasant surprise that I didn't really expect or see prominently advertised on the product page.

This product came melted, damaged on the inside and a little smashed. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Nice LARGE salty and crunchy pretzel covered with a good quality, flavorful milk chocolate. Just the right proportion of salty to sweet.I enjoy mine as a midday snack with apple slices.I also tried the choc. covered potato chips and was less pleased with the proportions. The chocolate was too much and drowned out the salty taste and crispness of the chip. I was very surprised to receive a response from the company to the feedback I left on Amazon about this issue. It seems they do pay attention to feedback and may make adjustments to their product accordingly. That's impressive and rare.

Gift for family in California missing that Philadelphia Candy flavor from home in Ohio.

Pretzels are large. Milk chocolate is on the thin side. Not much salt on pretzels, Giving it a high rating because of good quality, natural ingredients, but I like more of a salty pretzel.

This is pretty light milk chocolate covering a big pretzel, the chocolate flavor is not bold but pleasant and there is enough pretzel to know there is actually pretzel there. It's better than most.

The chocolate coating is definitely quality chocolate but there was way too little of it. The pretzel was not salty enough either so even though the chocolate was great quality, all you really taste is the thick bland pretzel. I also ordered chocolate covered potato chips from the same company and they were excellent so I'm confused why the pretzels are not.

Good amount of chocolate to pretzel. Crunchy and creamy

I ordered this from the US for a friend in CA. She received the package in a timely manner and said the chocolate did not melt in the heat, which was a plus. It was a nice little gift that she enjoyed and I was very appreciative that it was sent quickly and packaged well. Thank you!
