Q: Can i run these over poe?

If you're running Ethernet you must be using the light with a camera that is your reason for Ethernet. I doubt very much that you have the power to run both, and I'm not sure how you would connect a single Ethernet connection to both your camera and the light. I didn't even think about it, I ran a separate line for light power, but absolutely am using POE for the camera.
