Not good for back and knees.
This is not a good product. This directly affects our health. I started feeling pain in my lower back and knees after wearing this for an hour. I will seriously recommend buying some quality product when it comes to footwear and not to fall in the trap of discount and cheap products. This product is very bad.

The sole is of substandard quality. Just walk over some hard surfaces or gravel, the stones will prick your heel. Poor Quality. Had thought of returning it but missed the deadline.,
