These are fine so long as they are not expected to hold too many heavy books on smooth shelves. As I recall, they also increased in price quite a bit between several separate purchases.

Perfect book stops. Strong, holding up a pile of files that are otherwise leaning over, inconspicuous so you can’t even really see them. Lovely touch with the rubber feet. Great value for money.

I purchased these bookends previously and found them effective in holding books together above the top shelf of a book case. Though thin they are tall, and this is important in holding together big, thick books, of which I have a number because I am a recently retired Christian Minister.To that end I moved a month ago, and purchased another set of these book ends for more book cases. So I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent product which arrived promptly.

Great product for its price and will support numerous reading books with ease. When you start getting into bigger size and weight books like cookery books one or two is enough to make the metal flex and the whole stack of books starts to lean. This should t be advertised as heavy duty and a guide for the size or weight of books they can safely support should be included in the description
