2003 Toyota Tacoma W/Automatic Transmission
Beware for opened containers. I received one that was sealed and one that was opened and missing the foil lid. Someone definitely ordered one, used it to top off their vehicle, and returned the rest. Off topic but please don’t do this, I am sick of Amazon returns just floating around from user to user. Used on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma with the 5VZ-FE 3.4L engine with an automatic A340E transmission. Better than the Toyota fluid and is fully synthetic. Synthetic ATF fluid has a higher heat resistance and deteriorates at a higher temp compared to the conventional T-IV fluid.

Work fine in place of the WS fluid in my Highlander
I used this when I changed the transmission fluid and filter in my 2008 Highlander. I bout 2 gallon and ended up using about 5 quarts. I did a lot of research prior to using this fluid over the Toyota WS fluid. I found this fluid was almost identical to the qualities found in the WS fluid and considerably less expensive. After changing the fluid the transmission has shifted and behaved normally so I will be using this fluid in future transmission fluid changes.

Affordable substitute for ZF Lifeguard5
Used this whilst diagnosing a ZF 5HP24 transmission and it seems close enough to the original Lifeguard5 liquid (which is NLA) at a much more affordable price. I know that some have been running this liquid as regular replacement for Lifeguard and have been happy with their choice. However, after repairing the transmission, I refilled it with Ravenol from Blauparts which seems a closer match with Lifeguard.

Great stuff.
Installed in my 2020 Abarth 124 Spider at 53k miles and the transmission feels exactly like stock.

Good enough why pay for OEM.
Worked well for a drain and fill on a Toyota. Good price vs Toyota brand.

Valvoline Import Vehicle Automatic Transmission Fluid, Full Synthetic
This is a good routine maintenance product for your Import Vehicle. I've used this on my older 2010 Mazda5 as well as other older "Import" vehicles. I have had absolutely no issues using this product, especially on older, higher mileage vehicles. I abide by whatever the Owners Manual maintenance recommendations are. This product is a good value for the price. I was pleased with this purchase. It will revitalize the viscosity of your vehicle's transmission fluid. It will promote smooth shifting and reliable automatic transmission operation. It is a routine maintenance lubricant product. It is not a "miracle fix" for already damaged automatic transmissions. I also replace the transmission filter as part of this vehicle routine maintenance task, including completely cleaning the magnets inside the transmission oil pan, as well as cleaning the magnetic drain plug. Some believe there is no real cause to replace the automatic transmission fluid in modern era vehicles. Again, my choice is to abide by the Vehicle Owners Manual maintenance interval recommendations. There is also something significant to be said for reasonable transmission loads, sudden erratic vehicle acceleration and driving habits in general. This Valvoline Full Synthetic ATF is a good product. I would rate it 5-Stars if I knew it was identical to the vehicle OE transmission fluid. Regardless it has performed well and without incident whenever I have used it (in higher mileage automatic transmissions, typically over 100K miles).
