Well-made!
After dealing with PF for around 5 months I decided to try a night splint. After using this for 5 days my symptoms have been greatly improved. If I don't wear them for a couple nights I'm definitely regretting it on my morning hike.As others have mentioned there is a bit of a learning curve for strap tightness, the first night I woke up 1hr later with a numb foot and took it off. I was trying to be too aggressive with the dorsiflexion angle. Woke up a few hours later and put it back on and loosened the straps back to 90ish degree angle. The next morning I had minimal sore/stiffness in my heel. I have't tried anymore aggressivre angles, as of right now I can sleep comfortably enough with where it is set.

So far ... has stopped my nighttime cramping
Despite trying different remedies for nighttime foot and calf cramps, I still got them periodically ... VERY painful, as other sufferers will relate to. So I decided to look for mechanical support rather than things like magnesium, calcium, etc. After doing a lot of research, and reading what others had to say about various appliances, I decided on these and bought two--one for each foot. They're a bit awkward to put on. I'm somewhat overweight around my waist; and although I can get them on, I imagine that people who have a bigger paunch than I do might need some help. As to their comfort ... it mostly depends on how tight I bind them. There's a "sweet spot" where they're snug enough to do the job, but not so tight that I end up removing them during the night because they feel ... well ... too snug! All in all, I'd say this was a good and effective purchase.

I am absolutely thrille!
I've had plantar fasciitis. I was an avid runner until I got pregnant and injured my foot. I have suffered through cortizone shots, months and months in and out and back in a boot, physical therapy, stretching and icing at home, to not being able to even walk for exercise. I have been in so much pain. I bought this a few weeks ago and it has helped me better than anything! I am absolutely thrilled to not be hurting everyday and to think about maybe being able to run again someday!

Disappointed
I never give ratings, but I'm truly disappointed in this product and no I'm not going to take the time to return it. That means me printing the label, putting it in a box and traveling 15 miles to my nearest post office. I'm a student, employee, parent and wife ( so yes, please read between the lines what that envolves). I wear a size 6 shoe. The brace it too big which will not allow my foot to be positioned into dorsiflexsion. Therefore, the velcro closest to the calf is at my calf, not the ankle.

So far it has been working very well.
My wife has achilles bursitis. She was told to rest a lot and walk slowly.. and lightly. We tried regular ankle braces but they didn't worked that well. We didn't want to spent hundreds so Amazon to the rescue! We found this plantar fasciitis night splint and so far it has been working very well.

This product works really well.
This product works really well, at least for me.It is helping my pain from Plantar Fasciitis. Splints in general are no fun, but this one is fairly comfortable and most importantly it keeps the foot in the proper position. For best results, start by wearing it for a few hours at night and build up your time.

Reduces the plantar fascitis pain
It does keep my foot in the up right position and significantly reduces the plantar fascitis pain after just three nights of wearing. Would highly recommend this item for anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis.

Best brace so far
I've been looking for something to wear at night that doesn't hurt, and this brace is it. It's has a soft blue liner that separates the rough parts from my skin, so it's comfortable. I've been fighting plantar fasciitis for about four years, first in my right foot and now in my left. When it was first diagnosed in my right foot, my foot doctor sold me a clunky night brace that was miserable. I couldn't sleep well because it pinched and rubbed--terribly uncomfortable. When I developed the problem in my left foot I went looking for a better brace, and this one does the trick. When I wear it at night, I awake after a good night's sleep and step out of bed and my foot doesn't hurt. If I need additional support, I just pull the strap a little tighter. It's a great find. Thank you.
