I love this system because I can see if my packages have been delivered or not. I was loosing so many items mainly from USPS. I have no problems with the other carriers because they deliver packages right to the front door. The other day I tracked a package and it said it was delivered at 10:05 AM. I checked my cameras and I noticed that no one showed up at that time, and I had proof of it thanks to my ONWOTE System. One day I came home from work and noticed a broken window and right away I checked my cameras and I found the perpetrator. It was my dog Dandy and I was thinking it was a thief trying to get in. I love this system because everything it's so clear. I haven't had the chance to call ONWOTE Technical Support because the system it's so simple to set it up and install just by watching a few videos on Youtube.

NVR & cameras work very well. For the onwote system package.Installed was a total of 9 cameras and all the Poe wires were Custom made up . Longest run was about 100 ft.cat5e. Systems was plug a play. cables are plugged in to NVR within one minute of configure the system recognized HDMI Connection to TV was viewed. Reconfiguring passwords and login was very simple self-explanatory. The only adjustment on had to make was to open a access port on my router to access the NVR. Via the SuperLive plus app. On cell phone , I needed help to get it Configured. By a family member.Everything seems to be working as need just learning the inns and outs of superlive applications. I’m satisfied so far.

I have been installing CCTV for the past 4 years, I have installed a lot of different brands before coming across ONWOTE on Amazon.This system is one of a kind, easy to navigate, easy to explain to my customers.The cameras are well build and picture quality super clear.Above all tech Suppot is amazing even though they are not US base they respond to me as soon as possible.SERENA is my tech support person she’s the best, she takes her time to answer whatever question I may have.I have installed this brand at 8 locations I just ordered another one.Will continue to do business with ONWOTE they stand by their product.I highly recommend ONWOTE to any installer, homeowners and business owners.

We have 2, 1 for our house and 1 for a rental property. I had some issues/questions and their customer service was so responsive and helpful that I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to buy a security camera system.The cameras are sleek and have a clean look so they don't stand out or detract from our house. Very happy and would highly recommend!

The set up for this system is quite simple.

Emailed about tech help. Received call back the same day and resolved my issue. Customer service was very knowledgeable and patient. System is amazing.

Was not able to log into the unit since purchased and tech support for this company is a complete joke. Spent money on a system that I cannot use. Tech support has been hostile and then take days to even respond. DO NOT BUY THIS AT ALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
