Exactly what I expected
This is exactly what we were looking for for our starter garden. We planted 2 days ago in a $7 seedling planter we got at the store. Put this unflder and it has kept it consistently warm and creating some moisture in the greenhouse. Already sprouting!

Needs a thermostat or seeds will overheat.
Mat is not smooth and flat; there’s obviously a wire snaked inside causing it to be lumpy and provide uneven heating. Where The power cord enters the mat will create a problem if your stacking it between 10 by 20 growing trays. One corner of the tray will be lifted up because there’s a power cord sandwiched between them. Could cause water to puddle unevenly. Yes the mat can do the job for this low price but the first time I used it my seedlings were at 113 degrees. Yeah, they died. I built a thermostatic temp control and an insulated seed tray.
