Its glitter glue, I use it on under a loose or pressed glitter on my eyes. I am not sure about putting it on my lips

Think of the Euphoria HBO show, and the glittery stones around their eyes—it is used to adhere accents, OVER an already complete eyeshadow look, before you add the drama! we used this product to attach countless red rhinestones to my already painted lip for a photoshoot this fall, and it worrked so well! safe and long lasting
