Love it
Unlike others I have had ( and the one this replaced) this unit really works. It's easy to install a new bottle, I think because the unit is a convenient height (about countertop height ... waist-level). The cold is really cold, the hot is really hot, and the unit is remarkably quiet. It's got clean, simple design ... Offers sufficient clearance under the nozzles to accommodate a pint/liter glass or bottle ... And it's very easy to clean the outside.I never cleaned the inside, just loaded a bottle and started to use it.I use filtered water ... Never noticed taste differences. It's in a corner of the kitchen and looks nice there.I recommend this product, and would by another ... Although it doesn't seem likely I'll need one for a long time to come.

Enjoying This So Far
We bought this along with 4 Gallon Water Cooler Filter Purifier - Save $$$ - Place on Cooler - Transform Tap Water to Healthy Mineral Drinking Water by Zen Water Online. Wasn't sure how it was going to work together with this but everything is working great. The reason I selected this cooler was that a reviewer said it did not leak and lasted. We had a leak when an old cooler finally broke and it created a mess. So we want to avoid this for a long time to come... This cooler does run very quiet as well and the water temperature is perfect - nice and cool.

Hot water is not all that hot
I am not happy with this product. I paid the extra money for this unit because it said very hot water. My 10 year old Sunbeam that finally kicked the bucket was so darn hot. It was practically boiling temperature. This Clover sucks on hot temp. I bought it so I didnt have to use my counter top electric boiler since my sunbeam broke. I make small pots of loose leaf tea. it doesnt do a good job on getting flavor or opening the tea leaves very well. My tea isnt even that hot when i pour to drink it.I also wanted it so if I make a pot of tea and its strong that I can pour half tea and go to Clover and put 50% hot water. It doesnt even work well with that.... So I am stuck with a pretty water machine that has extra cold water. I still use my electric table top now because the Clover B7A blows.Customer service says it could be defective and they would rectify but I think these manufacturer cos are getting scared about lawsuits and they dont make them hot like they used to.If you want to make 1 cup of tea bag tea it might do the trick. If you just want a dependable water machine for your 5 gal with cold water then this may be for you.But if you are a tea enthusiast like me then the clover sucks. One would think the Koreans would know how to brew tea and what temperature works well for it. But dont advertise very hot water if its not.....

Nice water dispenser
I needed a dispenser to replace my 4 year old GE unit. These Big Box units, which sell for a little over a hundred bucks, seem to last about 3-5 years with constant use. When I did my research of the current brands sold by the Big Box stores, I wasn't thrilled with the reviews. None of them seemed to be particularly positive. So I continued to look for other alternatives, willing to pay a little more if I could find a unit that got better ratings. That's when I found the Clover dispenser. The ratings were good and I was willing to spend a little more for it.The unit itself is a standard water dispenser, with one hot and one cold spigot. Setup was easy: just clean the exterior, plug it in, and insert a bottle. (I've read that some other brands require more extensive cleaning, so the fast setup was nice.) One small negative is that the bottles seem to require a little more effort to insert onto the inner post than my previous units - but that's not a deal breaker. Water flow is very good for the cold side, faster than my previous units. The hot side seems about the same as previous units. One feature that this doesn't have is an adjustable temperature feature, so if you want that, this isn't the unit for you.So far, so good. We'll see if this outlasts the 3-5 years that previous units lasted.UPDATE:Have had the unit for about 8 months now. Still working well, although the flow from the hot water dispenser has slowed down. I suspect that it's due to scale build-up in the unit. So, I went back to the (rather sparse) manual to find instructions on how to descale the unit...and all it says is to descale the unit (no actual instructions). I went to the company's web site...and nothing. I emailed the company and was told to "follow the instructions for the descaling liquid." Huh??? After emailing them back, I got a response to "use any descaling product for coffee makers." When I asked for more explicit instructions (since a water dispenser is NOT a coffee maker), I got nothing. I've had other water dispensers, and they each had their own particular descaling instructions. As far as I'm concerned, that's pretty poor customer service. So I'm reducing my rating to 3 stars.
