Given the low price, I was a initially a little sceptical about whether these multi-tool blades would be up to the job. But honestly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have always bought "branded blades" from well known DIY retailers or builders merchants, at significantly higher cost. But even the best blades eventually wear out - and Sod's Law says they'll always fail in the middle of an important job.It is so frustrating being in the middle of a project and your blade going blunt, without having a spare!But with this set of 50 assorted blades, you have plenty of spares to replace them when this happens - so no more trips to the shops half way through a job (time is money).I can't yet comment on the longevity of these blades, as I've only used one blade from the set so far - a Bi Metal one (just in case I hit a hidden nail), which had about 10 minutes' cutting time through medium hard wood. After 10 minutes' work the blade was still sharp and still cutting like new.These fit perfectly on my DeWalt multi tool with a quick release blade change, so swapping from one blade to another takes seconds.From now on, I will be keeping my expensive blades for those tough jobs where I really need a super hard wearing blade. For everything else, these will be my go-to blades.Why pay 5-10 times the price for a blade that lasts only twice as long? It makes no commercial sense, especially if your multitool has a quick blade change facility.As soon as a blade starts to fade, just swap it out for a brand new one and get the job finished. Don't struggle on with a half-sharp blade from a branded OEM which you feel obliged to keep using, just because you paid so much for it (we've all done that!).Overall, I think this is a great set to use for everyday jobs, complementing your expensive "best blades" that you can keep in reserve for the toughest jobs.At the price I paid (average of 47p per blade), you really can't go wrong.As with any blade, it is important to let the tool do the work. Select the right speed. Don't press too hard, don't allow the blade to overheat, and do use the whole blade width to cut, especially when going through nails or screws, otherwise you WILL blunt the blade in one position. Most premature blade failures are caused by user error.

Bought these 3 times now. You can't expect these to last too long, it depends on what you're cutting. Im a plumber so my multi tool gets alot of abuse cutting lots of different things, sometimes hitting nails / screws etc. Very good value, very good performance. Will buy a 4th time when needed. CheersI'd just like to add, after seeing some of the other reviews im confused about the issues. Any blade will snap if put under strain especially while being vibrated. I'd suggest the people complaining try and do straight cuts and not strain the blade. Its a multi tool yes, for multiple jobs but, some people now use them for absolutely everything and wonder why the blades etc are not up to the job. I can honestly say I have never snapped a blade and this is my 3rd batch over the last year or so. Great blades, great price, just a little bit of mechanical sympathy needed when using. (As with most tools)

Good blades. Nice and cheap. Each one lasts a while. Depends what you are using it for. You get a lot for the price so you don’t mind then only lasting a few times

They worked out quite cheap per item. They last about the same length of time as more expensive ones. Pleased all round really. Not a bad buy
