They have a small lip. Cut should be 1 7/8" to get good fit. 2" cut is exact and cup falls through. I think 1 3/4" hole cut might work but a little snug. Good cups for hydroponics. I use them and 3" for larger roots.

The diameter si 2x2 and si flexible The tall is 2 Inch

2 inches tall 2 inches wide at the top 1/8 inch lip on top edge 1 1/2 inches wide at the bottom

Slotted, and if these are the very thin liped ones they are Very flimsy and require a 1/7/8 hole. They fall thru a 2 " hole
