Easy to install, and works great.
This is a must if you want to get away from the cord shoved through the shore power door into a compartment.You can get the new 30-amp inlet to replace that old broken cord door with a water tight one that is insect, and watertight.Then cut the cord to wire to that inlet to replace your door and put this on the other end of the cord.You now have solved the broken door, the tangled cord in the compartment, and the famous mouse hole all in the same process without buying a new shore power cord.This end actually seals water resistant seal to the cord, and matching inlet, as well as having the screw lock.A must have for those looking to get rid of the pull-out shore power cords that tangle into and out of those compartments in the RV's travel trailer, and campers. One of the best upgrades if you use your shore power a lot.

Seems to work well
Made up my own 20 amp pigtail using this connector, a 20 amp 120 volt plug and #12 wire from an outdoor extension cord. Use with my 2500 watt generator. This is much easier to handle than the original 30 amp pigtail, made of heavy #10 wire. I never need 30 amps anyway, just to charge my batteries. I am very pleased with the way the whole project turned out.

Eliminate the “mouse hole” to your camper!
Bought this connector after I found mice in my camper. The climbed the cord and snuck past the opening in the little cord door affectionately known as “the mouse hole” by travel trailer enthusiasts. The plug end was a match for the Marinco outlet I installed in the side of the camper. The yellow plug end cover is a tight fit but some WD40 makes quick work of it.
