Plant has not come up. Put in ground on May.
Loved this peony and bought for my daughter in law. She planted shortly after she received in May and it has still shown no signs of growth. Is this normal, will it come up next year? Please advise!

it was so small; i would spend little more and get a better one next time.

Why are you selling such small peony which will take 10 years to give flower. It is no fair to clients
