Great quality, but not same sprayer head as pictured.
I was trying to decide between this model and the ALFI brand AB2039s, but decided to go with this one because I liked the style better. Unfortunately when I received the faucet, it was not as pictured. It had the same body as this model, but the sprayer head of the 2039s, which is more curvy looking. I liked the version pictured for the 2013 better, so I requested a replacement. However, when I received the new one, it had the same incorrect sprayer head. I really hope Amazon can correct this problem, because this is very frustrating. Otherwise, the faucet looks and feels like it is going to be a great purchase.

Missing a crucial part in my shipment - Faucet unusable :(
I bought this product a while back, and just now got to install it. Upon installation I found that I was missing the coupler (nut?) that connects the water from the base to the head of the faucet. I cannot locate any service facilities or ways to get this part, and the faucet is literally unusable without it.
