Update 4-2020: After having it a little while. My buld would get warm and dim out after about 30 minutes. It would go to aboutb 50% brightness. Would have to let it cool. Then turn back and find, but dim out again after 30 minutes. Called Amazon, then emailed seller / manufacturer. They were really nice. Sent me a replacement. Took about a week +. But it was replaced. So good customer service. The replacement seems to be fine.I got the 125 watt bulb. Crazy bright. Glad I got it for the garage. Be aware this has the larger bulb socket and the adaptor does not come with it. I emailed manufacturer. They credited me $10 to buy one. They said the stopped I including it because people were trying to mount this horizontally. Absolutely not for mounting horizontal. you will need a adaptor. They are cheap on here. But be careful and read. The adaptor descriptions are confusing. You will need and adaptor to go up from regular light buld socket to this large one. Be sure to not get an adaptor that goes the other way. I like it saves energy but it has shorter life than expected. 3 of my lights which were installed September 2019 gone bad. There is 5 year warranty .How do you handle this situation?

Lights are bright, but one failed after 8 months (no where near the warranty or life expectancy). No response to warranty request even after trying three email addresses for support. Guess they must have gone out of business.

I am updating my original review below to a 5 star review. The lights are awesome and after leaving the original 2 Star review the company without being asked shipped out a replacement light. Great customer service by a company that read my review and went above and beyond to make it right!!! "Love the lights, however they about every half hour or so dim, for awhile then get bright again. Not sure if a defect or another issue"

I bought this light for my husband’s birthday. He installed it in the workshop immediately and he loves it. The workshop ceiling is at least 20 feet high and it lights up a very large area. I will be buying two more very soon to replace other lights that aren’t LED. Can’t say about longevity since it was installed a couple weeks ago but so far so good.

I have purchased 12 of these bulbs for my warehouse. They are extremely bright with no flicker. They are a good value based on what you can buy at the big box stores. I would buy again.

I was initially happy with the brightness level at turn ON as it measures 1,072 LUX (measure 1m away from the bulb) but was extremely disappointed that the level dropped to 528 LUX after 20mins of ON time... I tried turning off the unit and waiting 10mins but the same thing happened again after turn ON. Pls advice. Not sure if anyone else had the same experience.

Junk! installed eight and all failed after a few months. Cost me a fortune replacing them one at a time for the customer. Total labor and replacements cost me $1500.00. Worthless promise of a warranty.
