How does this hat hold up in the rain and snow? Will it keep my head and face dry?

I was very apprehensive about wearing it during the snow blowing and shoveling this past winter. I decided to give it a shot since its advertised that its water resistant and it was great. It was covered with snow an inch thick. Shook it off a few times, ended up placing it on a flat surface for a couple of days and it was just fine. It kept its shape, size was good too. The band I got rid of and got the one from the Good the Bad the Ugly now. It is a nice look for the hat. Its adjustable, keeps its size nice too. Its a great look, no matter the area. The color is a very nice green. I am getting another to keep better care of since the price came back down for now. Not from Sheplars due to their returns policies. You pay $30 easy. I would jump on it from somebody else. Del Monico is too high. Outdoor equipped is vet owned and cheaper.

A sharp looking hat that can be worn with anything.

I love my hat! Its lightweight yet durable. I'm wearing it in warm weather and the hat actually helps me stay cooler. I always wanted a Stetson that looked sharp yet could be worn with anything. I get compliments on it wherever I go. I also love how it was delivered on time which is a rarity with the pandemic going on. Thanks for such a great product!

Loving the Wool Stetsons.

I have a massive collection of Stetson hats, most of which are fur felt , and I’m here to tell you that these wool crushables are excellent! They fit great, are comfortable, and are just about worry free. I will add that DelMonico Hatters are awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them over and over. Fits. Well made. It's a Stetson. Better than the Outback Trading Company that it replaced.

Love it.

I was never a hat person (baseball caps,yes). Much less of a cowboy hat guy. However, I took a leap for a Stetson at my wife's suggestion. I like that it has a subtle curved brim. The hat runs a little big so if you roughly wear a 7 3/4 baseball cap then go large with this hat.
