I received this sauna top, and it fits nicely. I bought a size larger, but if I had to do it again, I would buy my normal size. It is pretty true to size, and its not too hard to get on if your use to neoprene. I also purchased a pair of neoprene pants to maximize my workouts. I sweat great in them, and the top (and pants) are lightweight enough to rinse out after every workout, hang up, and it is dry in time for my next workout.A word of advice on using any type of sauna suit or neoprene workout suit: They do not burn fat. You are sweating out water from your body, but the benefits are you sweating out toxins from the deep layer of the skin. This process can be dangerous to your health if not performed correctly. I experienced severe vertigo (dizziness) as a result of dehydration, and possibly the release of toxins. I used this neoprene top (and my neoprene pants) during a running session, and I sweat a ton of water, but my intake of water still was NOT enough to re-hydrate my body and balance my kidneys. I went to bed, and slept for 8 hours waking up to severe dizziness that lasted most of my morning. It wasn't until I did some research on Sauna Suit side effects that I learned about these concerns. So even though the top is great, I probably will not use it again for running or doing aerobic interval training. If you choose to use this neoprene top (or a full suit) for aerobics, then I might suggest only using the top (or suit) 1-2 times per week only, and NOT back to back days. I think the top (and suit) might be best for use during weight training. It does a great job keeping muscles nice and warm and there might not be such extreme dehydration side effects as a result. I only worked out for 35 minutes in this top and I was pouring sweat. My under shirt was soaked. Worth every penny!

This was a little snug at first but was easy to get used to wearing during my workout. The only area that annoys is under my my arms but it is tolerable. It definitely makes me sweat and I have noticed a drop in inches. I think I bought a large which did fit my DDD chest. Again, it's tight but it helps to hold me in while I'm running or working out. I would buy again.

The best Sauna suit. Stop wasting time and money on the plastic rippers. This is amazing. I usually wear small. Medium top fits perfectly.

I purchased this item to wear during a half marathon. It is beyond amazing. It is easy to put on and take off. It really makes you sweat like crazy when working out, walking, or just doing house cleaning. I purchased the large and it is true to fit. In just my second week I can see a noticeable difference. I will soon need to order a medium. I highly recommend it this to everyone!!

The product smells terrible. I washed it 3 times before it stopped smelling like burned plastic. It fits well...except in the sleeves. The part where your wrist sticks out is huge...but everything else fits right. It’s not the most flattering shirt but you do sweat a ton when you wear it. I suggest wearing a tank top under it...the material is neoprene and it’s not comfortable

I followed the sizing chart and it was way too small. It was like 4 sizes too small. I was so disappointed. The smell of neoprene is terrible and it doesn't go away. Other reviews say it goes away. No it really doesn't. I've never had it go away at least. I returned the product.

This sauna shirt is excellent for working out. Runs small. Order 1-2 sizes bigger than your normal size. Also the quality is not too thick that you can't work but thick enough so it won't tear easily so.
