Works as advertised. Setup was a bit lumpy.
This my second attempt at a fingerprint door entry lock. A couple of years ago I bought an Ultraloq UL3 Fingerprint and Touchscreen Smart Lock. It wouldn't read my fingerprint consistently and the display was impossible to read in daylight. The experience was awful.I bought the HARFO HL92 to give it another try. I found the instructions lacking but my emails to customer service quickly resolved my issues. Anna's help was concise and prompt. At this point, everything is working well. I would have given five stars but they need to improve the setup instructions.

great added security
Installed this on my master bedroom to keep a very curious 9 yr old grandson who lived with me at the time from going into my room. Love the multi facet locking system, code, print, key, and card. Have had great success with this door lock so far.

Need a better manual
I had to hire someone to install it and still this person had a problem figuring out the instructions. Also, maybe they should make available more FOB cards for purchase. The fingerprint reader is kind of iffy. It only reads it exactly how you had your finger when it was "recorded." It works sometimes but not always. But overall, I like it except it could be better.

Very good quality and value!
Extremely more durable than I was expecting for the price. Very happy about that. It even comes with the drill bit for the second hole that has to be made. We have one installed on an exterior door and we’ve had some weather hit the -15 zone with a -30 wind chill and it worked the whole time.

Good product, may not serve well at cold weather
When functional, it is very nice , but it doesn't function well when the weather is cold. When I first installed the keypad didn't function well, because it was probably a cold weather time. Don't know the reason is but it is working fine now. I was going to return it but wanted to give it a chance. I love it's key card option.

Didn't Work
Didn't work out of the box. Sent it back to manufacturer. Awaiting replacement.

Only good for ~ a year
I purchased two of these, and both stopped working around the 1 year mark (no, not a battery issue). First one was permanently stuck on unlock mode and the second is frozen cannot be hard reset even if you remove and replace batteries. There's no customer service to contact and you're sort of just on your own. I do not recommend this for the long run.

Bad experience
Don't buy this door lock, crazy to program it. Crazy to control it . sometime open sometime not, same to lock the door.
