World Imports 9096-89 Dark Sky Kingston Collection Wall-Mount Outdoor Sconce, Bronze

I shopped online for similiar lights for a couple of weeks before I settled on this one. I couldn't see paying $80ish dollars for a light that I was putting up in my study over the door (we have a vintage theme going in our house.) When I saw the price dropped to $54, I jumped on it and I am glad I did. I still feel that for what it is, $54 is still kinda pricy for this light, but it seems well-made and is exactly the size/color/style I was looking for. It was super easy to install, I had it up and working in around 15 minutes. Had I paid the $88 it is currently priced at, I probably would have been disappointed. But for around $50, I don't think I could have found a better light.

Seem kind of flimsy, but will suit my purpose. Cheaper at Home Depot.

I bought this light in 2016 and am writing a review now since the fixture has been in operation for 4 years. First, I don't agree with those who say the construction is flimsy, in my opinion, it is built pretty solidly. The light is exposed to the elements and I see no sign of corrosion or degradation of any sort. If you're looking for a dark sky initiative light fixture, then this fits the bill.

We put this light over the electric grill I bought, and it is perfect....lights up the area, was very reasonably priced.

I had never heard of "dark sky" descriptions before but I liked the style of this lamp. I have two of them outside beside both sliding doors to the deck. They give just the right amount of light on the deck and they don't shine in your eyes which is helpful since our deck is on two levels. Now that I know the meaning of "dark sky" these lights work great in that respect. The light shines where you need it and creates a very pleasing look to our deck. After two years they still look like the day we bought them.

Item not as described. The seller claimed it was all aluminum and brass construction. Since a magnet sticks to the metal tube and back connection flange they must be steel and therefor will rust. Also, the item is very light weight and flimsy construction.

It's simple, beautiful and elegant. Purchased this with the equivalent post mount light because I just got tired of being blinded by the lights in the front of the house instead of seeing better with them. Added major advantage of not light polluting - just make sure you set them at the right height. Allows you to see very well without the light right in your eyes. Neighbors have raved about how they look. Highly recommend!
