Great customer service
I personally wrote a bad review bc I had a bad experience. The parts were difficult and didn’t work s I personally think customer service is 90% and let me tell you... she even FaceTimed me!! Twice!! They totally fixed my issue and if they’ve Are so committed regardless of any issues I would have to say I would still go to this company!

Poorly packaged, arrived damaged
The item is very nice, but it arrived with a sizable crack in the body. We decided to keep it but it was very disappointing in a brand new expensive toy.
