Disappointment (Possibly Has Filler)
Unlike 'Hyacinth' above, I did not throw out the ziplock bags. I couldn't afford to at the time. So I've been steadily trying to eat it - thinking not to judge too harshly the lack of nutritional info and that maybe it was a difference of area and how finely (in this case NOT very fine at all) ground it was that made things different.My, utter mistake.I bought this product because I'm gluten and corn intolerant. I'm now convinced this product has wheat or corn it it as filler. Which is why there's no nutritional packaging.Nothing else made from cassava makes my stomach hurt. This does.Whatever you do, buying this product is NOT worth it. Not even a little bit. And I wish I'd sent it back right away.

Terrible Packaging
Product arrived in a ziploc bag without a label, so there was no info about manufacturer, date, etc. I threw it away.
