I use a lot of adapter cables getting new "hams" ready for mobile and temporary field operations, and I appreciate top-quality hardware and professional-grade fit and finish. I have recently become acquainted with MPD Digital and their products - because of their consistently high-quality assemblies, I've become accustomed to ordering from them whenever they offer an adapter I need, and they never disappoint; if you need it to work and you need it to last, MPD Digital is where you get it. And I don't know how some of the reviewers seemed to think they come from China - I ordered mine and got it (USPS) two days later, you simply can't do that if you're sending them from anywhere outside the continental U.S.

It is well constructed and the cable is flexible and long enough for the application.More to the point it is very convenient to have AMAZON marketing these electronic "bits and pieces" as the ordering and payment methodologies are convenient and the reliable delivery and assured satisfaction provides a really good "comfort level" when ordering.

Just received a few hours ago, very stiff cable, but biggest problem SMA side pin, really short 3rd size of the normal. Could not open 15 miles repeater with mobile antenna connected trough this adapter cable, but my ht diamond antenna had no problem I could even open repeaters squelch with cheap wouxun radio/standard antenna. Defiantly connector problem. It is going back to amazon. Now I have to drive to UPS store and waist my time. :/

It's TImes Microwave coax, they have quality connectors, you can make your own or trust these for a bit more, your call. Getting older tends to like simpler. Good product.
