It seems to be very good at controlling bowel problems. I recommend it. I cannot say it has helped me lose weight.

I got a much better price from the manufactor, But since I have been taking it for nearly a month...I do not see any change in my weight or my gastric problems, so I would rate this product as a 0 in results, just another hype product... that I will not be ordering any more. I just started using this product after being told I need to lose 20lbs post back surgeryWhat the long term effect will be i don't know.i do have more energy and less of an appetite and hopefully with the increase in aerobic activities I will be able to shed the weight.At soon to be 68 it's not an easy task.
