I normally buy this supplement at the store but decided to order them online this time. It’s the same brand I always buy so I know I can rely on the quality. I have been using these specific B Complex for quite some time. No they don't taste well, I don't know of any B vitamin that does but I can definitely feel a difference in my body when I run out. These are doing the job beautifully!
