Haven't used yet
I can't rate just yet, because I haven't used it yet. I bought this as a back-up for when I run out of my current ink cartridge. So I give it a three for now because it's looks like it will fit perfectly in my printer.

Works with HP photosmart C5280, but prints fussy image
Gets the job done, color is not bright enough. Do not use it to print photos.Only good for the price.

affordable great inkers
I have bought this companies refilled inkers for the past year and reallyhave found them to be a fine and cheaper inker than those atany area stores. Try them...I know you will be happy as I am.Jennifer

Don't count on it to print color
Most of the time I print using black ink only, so when my last color cartridge ran out and my printer refused to print entirely, I figured I would be better off with a cheap-o refurb.First of all, the printer merely recognized the cartridge as "previously used" and wouldn't give an actual ink level - this was not unexpected, as the manufacturer had a disclaimer about it. BUT, it did get my printer to actually print using the black cartridge only, so that's a plus!Second, I tried a few test pages to see if this color cartridge was any good, and the colors came out streaky on the test page. Cleaning the printheads did nothing. In fact, it now appears to have less ink than when I started.Overall, it did exactly what I wanted, but if you're looking for a useful replacement color cartridge, this probably isn't the way to go.

Very skimpy on ink
Ink level showed cartridge was about one-third full. When I put in a HP cartridge ink level was 100% full.Won't buy anything more from this outfit.

Why spend more for the same thing?
So much cheaper than new ink cartridges and I never had a problem with them, I've bought multiple times.

Multiple failures - Stay away
Have had a horrible time with Printronic cartridges lately. Every lousy one of them has either been bad out of the box, or has failed shortly thereafter. This one caused the printer to not operate. Had to put the dead HP brand one in just to get done what I needed to do. Supplier did refund and also replaced these, but they died or were DOA. -John B.
