BAK 36409T Roll-X Tonneau Cover

The directions are practically useless, but the products does exactly what it needs to do. I was also not pleased to see that the price dropped $100 since I purchased it a week ago. But, I guess that is what you get when you shop before the Christmas rush.

Purchase product 2 1/2 years ago. My vehicle has been garage kept prior and since purchasing the tonneau cover. I only rolled cover back when it absolutely necessary to help preserve longevity. It started warping and became very difficult to lock after first year and a half. Contacted customer service and was that it was no longer warranted. As the pictures I proved showed, the cover began to rip and tear at the seams. The “cheap” glue used to attach material to metal part of the cover has been melting, causing the fabric to lift up. The cover that was once a very nice addition to my Tundra, looks like a piece of junk. I wouldn’t recommend this cover to any truck enthusiast. For the price, I purchased with confidence that this cover would last a lot longer than a couple of years

This cover actually paid for itself. When I sold my truck the dealership gave me a $1000 credit for the cover (and I wasn't buying one of their vehicles!). It worked great! It has a seal around the perimeter that made it water tight as well. Solid and it rolled back which made it much more versatile and easy for a woman to use (me) :) Plus I was able to installed it myself.

My husband and I love the product. Easy to install, commercial grade, water proof.So easy to operate, even for me as a women. Highly recommended.

Awesome cover, easy install. Nice clean look. The ability to roll back for large items is nice. No loss of rear window visibility.
