The Urban Port Mango Wood Saddle Seat Bar Stool with Iron Rod Legs, Brown and Black

I almost didn’t buy them because of the reviews I read. However they were easy to put together and they came with extra parts to not scuff up my floor they were as described. the reviews for me were very misleading. After they arrived at the door it wasn’t even five minutes later I already had them at my counter.. that easy :-)

I ordered 3, 1 arrived and I had to put one piece on the bottom from the extras packet as the original was missing. No big deal. The other 2 arrived 2 days later and one was great, the other was not packed the same and it had a chip out of it and missing the extra parts but what was needed was there to put it together. The chipped piece was in the box so I glued it on. Considered asking for replacement but didn't want to deal with sending it back. It won't stay perfect for long anyway in our house. Overall, nice stools. Oh and one wobbles a little but we're not sure if it's our floor or the stool.

I loved how this item looked from the beginning, and would have helped bring the whole room together.I ordered the Mango Wood Bar Stool early October. Here it is mid-December and I have yet heard from the manufacturer. I have been in contact with Amazon and been redirected to the company.I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with the manufacturer.The one star I rated it is only so I can make others aware. I haven't actually seen the product as it hadn't been delivered.

The seat slopes forwards and you slide forward, one of the Stools I ordered are very wobbly and the edges of the bottom are sharp and will mess up your floors, you have to buy floor protectors. They are very cute though

These stools are GORGEOUS and extremely sturdy. Heavy. I gave one less star due to the seat design - it slopes too much, so much that you slide to the front edge, which gets uncomfortable after awhile. I added 3/4” thick rubber feet to the front legs to adjust the angle of the stool and that worked great.

Arrived damaged and missing all the screws and bolts to put together. Clearly this was used and returned

Seats are smaller than anticipated, feels like you slide forward in them.

Purchased second stool to match first stool.Top wood seat was not finished with a clearcoat and it does not look finished like first stool.More importantly, it does not sit evenly on the ground.It’s too big and tedious to return - and seller did not respond to previous contact request.It’s going in the trash.This was a ripoff and scam - and I do not recommend this product or seller.

Arrived missing one of the rubber bases and is now wobbly Fairly dusty too
