The product is functional, reasonably sturdy, and attractive. However, it did NOT come with any hardware to install the holder. Really? Completely unacceptable. Well, as luck would have it, I had two spare screws in my toolbox that did the job. They were not correctly color-matched with the product, but they were close enough to be passable. It's outrageous that this product did not ship with hardware at all. Bean-counting at its worst on the part of the manufacturer. 3 stars off for such terrible penny-pinching. I can't recommend this product.UPDATE (6/16/2020): Without direct communication from/to the seller, I got in the mail today a small surprize package with the hardware inside that should have been with the order upon original shipment. Good on the seller to basically make things right. My review went from 2 to 4 stars. Perhaps the hardware was omitted in error with the initial shipment? Not sure, but glad that things were made right in the end.

It looks great to our kitchen. We use this one as a paper towel holder instead of hand towel hanger. We wish it could be one each longer to match the size of the paper towel. We also love the feeling of wrought iron, the weight and solid iron are much better than the cheap metal. We wish that we can find this shop earlier. We will come back to get the bathroom set later. Thanks a lot. Awesome job.

I really love this unique towel bar. It’s sturdy and beautiful. It actually passes my expectations. I’m using it in an under the stair powder room. I had no need for bath towels only guest/hand towels. So I wanted something smaller. But I definitely didn’t want the same ole bathroom towel bar, I wanted something with some flair and I got it I think!I actually think if folded properly a bath towel would fit on it. So if you are looking for one to fit a bath towel in a small space this would work. I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Lovely design. Well made. Perfect for my needs and the place to install it - at the end of a farmhouse style kitchen island my son made. I needed something to fit between the screws used for construction and also that would screw directly into the wood minus those little brackets typical for towel bars. It had to be sturdy and beautiful. This one checked off all the boxes. My only concern over time is how wet towels will affect it. In the meantime, I will enjoy it.

Love it - I have a cast iron cookware collection, so that just fit right in. Mine came with the hardware, no problem. Easy to install.

Very nice towel holder, but I thought it would be big enough for a bath towel. It’s really only for a hand towel. If you make one for a bath towel, I’d buy it! Nice compliment to our bathroom!

For the ladies it would be helpful to provide the bit size to use in the drill. Had to trial and error until I found the correct one.

I wanted something a bit different for the end of my cabinet to hang a dish towel. This was the perfect fit and loooks great. This is a heavy sturdy piece and looks great.
