Packaging was self explanatory with the contents inside, so if you are getting this for a gift, wrap it.For the product itself, assembly was fast and easy. Assembled it by myself in around a half hour give or take a few minutes.Full review to follow after I log a few hours in it. But for first impressions I am extremely satisfied.

Feels great and was easy to put together.

This chair is very sturdy. It did take a minute to get use to it changing from my standard office chair, but now it's very comfortable. I sit up straight and if I want to lean back I have the option. The back support is great.I wish that the head pillow was able to stay in place but every time I get up it falls back down. The usb power cord for the lower back massager needs to be a bit longer. The other thing is that I had to take the screws out of the chair to assemble the pieces together vs just pulling them out of a bag, it's not a big deal but is double the work of screwing. A power screwdriver with a hex bit would be very helpful when you assemble it.

Worst purchase ever on Amazon! Seat broke on the metal base, the part to rest your foot doesn’t work, the arm rest came broken, etc so much was wrong from the beginning and after requesting a refund the seller never contacted me. Request a refund a month ago.

I noticed about 6 months after purchasing that it had a noticeable lean to one side. After inspecting it the plate that connects the chair to the base has cracked. I've emailed them twice and received no response. Will not buy another product from them.

Very comfortable. Easy set up but it does take about 45 to and hour to do. Mine has a massage back rest so it's nice bc I have an injured back. Would recommend for taller people. Probably not good for anyone over 300lbs. Just being honest.

So far so good. Nice sturdy chair all around good feel. The only down side is the armrest. They move to easy. Other than that I recommend.
