People reading the reviews might be flummoxed by the extreme opinions.It's not that complicated:- If you like the taste of raw sunflower seeds (many people do not), you will like this product.If you do not, you will not like this product.I find it delicious, and I appreciate the health benefits of the seeds having been sprouted.And because plastic jars leach toxic chemicals into foods -- esp. foods with fats/lipids -- I appreciate that the jars are glass.

1/2 seeds & half ground seed hulls— this is so bitter. Not good.

This doesn't even taste like sunflower , don't know what it is, but it tastes bad

Absolutely terrible. Smells off and tastes absolutely horrible!I thought people were being dramatic about their reviews. I eat sprouted things all the time, but this, this is just robery to sell a product that is truly terrible and not be able to get a refund.Do not buy this, this product is spoiled. Listen to the people.
