Bungey Strap - not worth the money, especially if using outdoors
The bungee strap is a quality strap, cord is long (3 foot was longer than I imagined, but it is as it is advertised). The hook is good quality also. It is a good quality bungee strap.UPDATE (6/25/2014): After using the first strap for a couple weeks the elastic started to go out and the outside 'cover' started to deteriorate and we had to replace with the second strap from the package. The second strap lasted maybe a week before we started having issues with it. Same fraying on the outside, same elastic detaching from the end hooks. The second cable has also since been replace after lasting only a few weeks. I would not buy this again.

Good product, but color not as depicted
Completely fine product, however don't be deceived by the listing photo. Normally color would not be an issue, but these were purchased to secure an outdoor Christmas decoration, so red was rather important. They showed up blue. Oh well.
