My hygienist recommended this to me - I have numerous physical and fine motor issues after an injury and find flossing physically challenging. So far, they are FABULOUS. Very easy to use. I did have to get regular floss out once they couldn’t get to it, but I’m feeling optimistic about how my hygienist will respond next time I see her. A bit pricey - hoping to find them for less the next time though I committed to this bulk purchase and using them regularly in order to get a lower price per item. I’m really surprised no dental staff had recommended these prior - none of the other little floss alternative tools had worked for me to date (other than water pick without the c, but that’s not the equivalent of flossing though better than brushing alone). If you have trouble with flossing and need help with your gums, I highly recommend at least giving these a try.

The GUM Soft-Picks Advanced Dental Picks have become my trusted travel companion for on-the-go oral hygiene. However, I did notice a downside to their overall quality. The build feels somewhat flimsy, and there were instances where the bristles bent or broke prematurely, requiring frequent replacements. While the GUM Soft-Picks Advanced Dental Picks provide portable convenience, their durability could be improved.

My dentist gave me a pack of about 10 of these, and said I could use these instead of flossing, and that these are more beneficial than flossing. And I really don't like to floss. So I started using these picks, ordered many more, and used one pick daily, pushing it deep between my teeth. Today I saw my dentist for the first time since then (6 months), and she was ecstatic about the condition of my gums. She said I'd really made a huge difference by using the picks. There was much less for her to clean, and my gums didn't bleed at all.
